Please note that the use of Brickell is subject to: 

• The route starts in the USA, Canada, or Hawaii, and exceptionally, routes in Asia, which could be more economical.
• When the airline is not available in our Pseudo 6FK2 for issuance
• The commission is more competitive than what the airline offers us on those routes.

BTM will indicate the applicable commission when quoting the requested route in the pseudo V60H (AAAV60H)

The commission distribution applies: 80% for Nuba and 20% for BTM.

Process for issuing in Brickell (Click here)

Office hours for issuance and review:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm MIAMI time.

Delivery is not guaranteed due to daily maintenance of the supplier's robot; however, special requests outside of the mentioned hours will be attempted.

If this is not possible, an attempt will be made on the next business day.

• Outside of these hours: $39 USD charge per call in addition to the issuance fee.

To request a cancellation (VOID): Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm local time in Mexico City.

Positions:

• Every ticket issuance or revision (reissuance) made in Brickell has a cost of 3.75 USD each and it is the responsibility of the applicant (Travel Advisor/Assistant) to collect it.

  It is important to note that this charge is not collected directly when issuing using any form of payment, but rather Brickell bills Nuba for this service.
