NUBA GROUPS
Nuba has in the area of Air Team internal support for quoting and group management (grupos.mex@nuba.com) with departures from any airport in Mexico, with the understanding that it will be processed from your request for quotation, reservation and issuance:
- To request a group tour, a minimum of 10 passengers traveling on the same itinerary are required, including adults and children under 12 years old. Infants are not included in this count.
- For groups where most members are under 18, the policy of each airline should be considered, as depending on the number of minors traveling, an adult may be required to travel with them.
- When dealing with passengers between 12 and 17 years old, the passengers' ages must be indicated in order to send the request to the airline.
- The form must be sent by email (Click here) with the travel options that indicate airline, flights, route and schedules
- The format includes a sample tab for reference.
- Responses to any request may take between 24 and 72 hours, depending on the airline.
- Once the airline's proposal is received, there is a maximum of 72 hours to respond accepting the group fare (not to issue the ticket).
- Nuba Groups will send the proposal with a commissionable rate that will be indicated
- Please note that the benefit of making a group reservation has different conditions than individual bookings and allows you to set a rate, block spaces, and send passenger names up to the date of issuance.
- Once the airline's group proposal is accepted, the group fare conditions are shared, including deadlines for advance or full payment, submission of names, and issuance times.
- Each airline sets its own conditions, so it's not possible to generalize for all groups and it's handled independently.
- Please note that group tickets are issued for CASH ONLY, and will be considered to include at least one checked bag and seat assignment.
- For groups larger than 30 passengers, please note that you will need to request separate flights and/or dates from the airline, and consider cabin capacity (business, premium economy, or economy), as the airline does not allocate the full capacity to groups.
- For the group issuance, the assigned file must have the necessary funds for the guarantee deposit and/or the total issuance.
- Once the group has been confirmed/accepted, the groups department must be notified immediately of any modification request so that it can be reviewed with the airline regarding penalties and/or changes to the conditions.
- A group handling fee will be charged in case of NO having been processed by the Air Team.
